Privacy Policy for Ikura

Effective Date: May 4, 2026 Last Updated: May 4, 2026

Ikura (“the App”) is a personal daily budgeting app developed by n-hgc (the “Developer”). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information.

Summary

Ikura does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. All information you enter — including income, expenses, savings goals, and notes — is stored exclusively on your device and is never sent to the Developer or any third party.

Information You Enter

When you use Ikura, you may enter information such as:

This information is stored locally on your iPhone using Apple’s SwiftData framework. The App also shares data with its home-screen widget through an iOS App Group; this sharing happens entirely on your device.

Information We Do Not Collect

Data Storage and Backup

Your data lives on your device. If you have iCloud Backup enabled in iOS Settings, Apple may include the App’s data in your device backup. That backup is encrypted and managed by Apple — the Developer does not have access to it. For details, see Apple’s privacy practices.

Data Deletion

You can delete your data at any time:

Children’s Privacy

Ikura is suitable for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect any data from children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your jurisdiction). Because the App does not collect any data at all, this condition is automatically met.

Third-Party Components

Ikura uses Plus Jakarta Sans, a typeface licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1, bundled within the App. The font itself does not collect or transmit any data. The full license text is viewable inside the App at Settings → About → Licenses.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this Privacy Policy, the new version will be reflected in a future update of the App and on this page. The Effective Date above will be revised accordingly.
